Need to limit my time on the internet to stay focused

I've found that I get very distracted when I am on the internet more than I need to be. I want my complete focus to be on my walk with the Lord, but I get so distracted by random dumb things like chatting online or making comments on news articles (hello Yahoo News!) and I feel like I will never get any equilibrium back in my walk with the Lord. I get caught up in petty arguments and discussions. I'm really tired of the distraction.

I love that  I can watch bible studies online, but then I'm off doing something else. I really think the internet has meant the demise of so many peoples walk with the Lord. Not because of the information available (which is what atheists argue all of the time).

Wow, I am listening to Pastor Chuck right now and he is addressing something about a guy that is bashing Calvary Chapel (most know who he is) and I wouldn't even know about this if I wasn't on the internet so much. These are the things that I don't need to know. They disturb my walk without merit. I need to get them out of my life.
